Owner, Operations
Michael Roche is an experienced construction professional with over 38 years of experience in the construction of all types of retaining wall applications. Michael has extensive expertise in all phases of commercial, Industrial, and highway/public infrastructure construction. He promotes a company culture which encourages high performance, integrity and most importantly safety. While managing the company’s day to day activities, Michael consistently builds strong relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors.
Michael continues to develop, implement, and review all policies and procedures to ensure the company’s steady growth moving forward. His overall construction knowledge, expertise and mentoring for all employees will keep MTR as a trusted partner providing reliable cost-effective solutions.
Administrative Director
Kelly Dubyak has over 30 year’s business management experience. She is responsible for overseeing MTR’s day-to-day business administration. Kelly also has 10 years of paralegal experience and a Business Consulting certification as well as working towards her General Contractor’s license. She is the face of MTR’s business administration and is available to help and answer any questions you may have!
Support Staff
We call on our experienced team members to help us with retention walls, sound walls, and paver work. We love seeing the project come together and strive for excellent service and a job well done!
